Menu
Off Menu is excited to create menu options that are “off menu”! So, If you don’t see a menu option for your event we can curate one specifically for you. Although we have gained a client base for the menu options listed the chef is well versed in international and regional American cuisine.
Fees
Off Menu's fees are based on the market price for food cost, hours and labor, the complexity of the job, and travel time. Please select your estimated budget through “reserve an event” prior to the phone consult.
Refund
Cancel within 10 days of the event for no fee/refund.

OMC Catering Overview
Our catering service has multiple styles including but not limited to; Wedding Reception, Staffed Buffet, Self- Serve Buffet, Private Chef Experience Plated and Passed Cocktail Hour/Hors D' Oeuvre's and there is an option for full serving staff with all options mentioned. We will work closely with our preferred Event Planners, DJ's and Bartenders etc or yours to achieve all your event needs.
Catering Drop Off’s
Selected menu items are delivered garnishes with accompanying sauce bottles in aluminum pans hot and safe, in insulated containers to preserve heat at agreed window of time to your venue.
Catering Drop Off's with Set Up
Selected menu items are delivered garnishes with accompanying sauce bottles in aluminum pans hot and safe, in insulated containers to preserve heat at agreed window of time to your venue. Delivery company will set up garnished food on your table in chafers above water pans securely in wire racks and safely light sternos underneath. We also provide serving utensils. You may dispose of all equipment or choose to keep after your function.
* OMC will provide plates, cups, cutlery, tablecloth, napkins and plates for an additional fee, as this as an add-on service.
Private/Personal Chef Experience
The chef and staff will prepare the majority of the menu on-site at a full kitchen venue, serve guests (plated up to 10 guest only), explain the menu to guests, break down chafing equipment provided by OMC and clean up. This service does not exceed 3 hours.
*All services that require a Tasting (serves 4) will be provided for a non refundable fee of $250.
