Chef Rabbiyah is a classically trained chef well-versed in international and American regional cuisine. She has 15+ years of experience in leading some of the top restaurant teams in the DC area. When the Covid-19 pandemic arose, the catering and food industry got hit the hardest. So,in late March of 2020 a furloughed Chef Rabbiyah exited Mastro's Steakhouse and within two weeks Off Menu Catering LLC was born. Off Menu began as a weekly dinner delivery service and in 4 short years has grown into a premier DMV full-service catering company. Chef Rabbiyah’s decadent weekly menus have created a word of mouth cult-like following which she affectionately describes as her “tribe”. Although OMC offers all of the bells and whistles of a full-service catering company- the weekly dinners will continue no matter how much the company grows. As Chef says “the weeklies are an affordable opportunity for new clients to become repeat clients, and plate clients to become clients who want to experience our food catered”. The food speaks for itself but the top tier service, and a real certified Chef in command are what keeps Off Menu Catering in a league of it's own. OMC's unique Chef and her new seasoning and sauce line continue to garner TV, radio, print, podcast and social media attention. OMC and Chef Rabbiyah have also gained celebrity and influencer clients, who promote OMC food for free, they love it that much!.
